Registration opens April 8th, 2014

  • Get a permission code.  Contact the AS&E Graduate Studies Office (GSO) at 585-275-4153 or gradstudies@mail.rochester.edu. The GSO will provide you a permission code that you will need to fill out the registration form.
  • Fill out the form: Once you receive the permission code, you must fill out the summer registration form – it is included in this information packet or you can find it here:

Page 3 of this Summer Registration Form is a Financial Form.  If you will be receiving financial support to take this program (e.g., from your department/program), this should be noted on the Financial Form.

Housing for the 2014 Summer Intensive English Program

If you are a graduate student who has received on-campus housing: You may be eligible to start your lease early to accommodate the ESL program.  Please contact Residential Life about this.
If you will be residing in off-campus housing: Some information from Residence Life has been attached to help you with your search.

Health Insurance for the 2014 Summer Intensive English Program
Students who are attending the Summer Intensive English Program must complete the University Health Services Qualifying Event Enrollment Form: http://www.rochester.edu/uhs/studentinsurance/index.html

  • All students are required to have approved health insurance.
