Highland Hospital
● Along with Strong Memorial Hospital, Highland Hospital received four out of five stars in a new patient satisfaction survey by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. This was the highest rating earned by a local hospital.
● Ground was broken on a $28 million, 30,000-square-foot expansion project. Once complete, the new space will include a 26-bed observation unit and six new operating rooms. It will also put Highland in better position to continue offering excellence in patient-centered care for the Rochester community.
● Gifts supported culture-building programs like the iCare rounds. These monthly events bring together people from all facets of the patient experience so they can learn, share, and encourage collaboration to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient-centered care.
