This form allows us to share your overseas address with other UR offices, including Residential Life, Student Financial Assistance, Parking. It is essential that you submit it to us as soon as you have a permanent address overseas. If you do not send us your address promptly, we will not be able to send your registration materials or housing lottery information. It is your responsibility to notify us if any of the following information changes.
