Advertising can be done on public PCs free of charge for student organizations. Below are the guidelines that must be followed for successfully using this service. Requests must be sent to Mike Maskalans at email@example.com
- Slides must be submitted at least one week prior to being displayed.
- Slides will be loaded once a week on Friday.
- Slides submitted after the deadline will not appear until the following week.
- Slides/images must be submitted via email in JPG format, 1280 x 1024 resolution. All other formats and resolutions will be rejected.
- An ending date for a slide must be included with your submission. If not, by default all slides will be removed at the end of the month they are submitted, or will be removed on the date that appears on the slide itself.
- Slides must not contain content of an objectionable or suggestive nature. Slides that are inappropriate for display in public venues will not be accepted.
- Slides must be directly related to University of Rochester events or activities.
