“One gift we made to the University gives us tax benefits now and income for life before ultimately benefiting students. Our charitable remainder unitrust is invested in the University’s endowment and, as the endowment grows, so does our income. Eventually, the gift will support the University which we see as a shining example of what’s possible for driving careers, scientific advancement, the humanities, and the arts. –Michael Jones ’76, pictured with his wife Diane. Co-founder of Clover Capital in Rochester, Mike is a University of Rochester Life Trustee. He was an active trustee from 2002-2012 and a member of the URMC Board for several years. Mike and Diane are charter members of the George Eastman Circle, the University’s leadership annual giving society, and previously established the Michael and Diane Jones Professorship at the Simon School.
