Megan Bennett-Spears

Associate Director of International Partnerships 

Megan Bennett-Spears serves as the Associate Director of International Partnerships in the Office for Global Engagement. Serving under the direction of the Director of Global Engagement. Megan provides guidance and oversight for international agreements for the university, specializing in general affiliation and mobility partnerships. In addition, Megan is responsible for building relationships with both external partner entities and internal stakeholders. She is responsible for the Global Engagement relations management system, global activity data, and providing support for global programs and special projects. Megan acts as the global representative for on-campus committees and is an active board member of Emerging Leaders at Rochester. Megan is committed to strengthening the University’s international relationships. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Kent State University and a Masters in Higher Education Administration from the Warner School of Education. Her background in corporate retail buying and non-profit management has positioned her to have a unique skill set specializing in program and project management, communication strategies, and relationship development.
