Travel and Security: Your Safety and Well-being are Our Priority

University Faculty and Staff:

We know global situations can change quickly. As such, faculty and staff must make use of all available resources when planning international business travel. It simply makes good sense. Registering with UR’s Office for Global Engagement well prior to departure is a smart start, enabling emergency communications if necessary and ensuring access to all university resources while abroad.

Did You Know?

  • All staff traveling internationally on university-sponsored or supported travel are required to register, well in advance of departure.
  • Faculty are strongly encouraged to register to enable a seamless and timely response to all unanticipated or emergent needs.
