This report is the main resource for Bursar office staff to track registration at the student level of detail. Bursar staff use the report to monitor payment by tuition code and term at various times of the year. This report is run on demand by all bursar staff. It serves as the main tool for bursar staff to identify credit balances, students who have not completed a payment agreement, accounts at collection agencies, health waivers and other student data. It can serve as a listserv generator because it contains student email addresses.
