View a time-lapse video of the 2012 Technology and Campus Services Expo.
The Technology and Campus Services Expo offers you a single location on River Campus to combine many important tasks and learn about various services vital to daily life at the University of Rochester.
At the one-day Expo, you can attend to your student ID card and campus mailbox key and ask the experts from University Information Technology (University IT) all of your computer-related questions.
University IT offers a one-stop shop at the Expo for all of your computer needs -- from purchasing a complete system to taking delivery of a pre-paid order. University IT consultants can assist you with your campus email account, telephone service, and other communication needs. If you want to stay connected, stop by and see the staff at ResNet, which provides all high-speed Internet connections to your campus residence.
The Expo is about more than just computing. Services from the entire University are represented, including Parking, Health Services, Security, Dining, Residential Life, the Interfaith Chapel, and the campus radio station, WRUR. Also, representatives from non-University services, including Rochester-area banks and local businesses, will be on site to assist you.
New on campus? Stop by and meet the Freshman Orientation staff, who will be available to guide you in the right direction. This is also a great place to drop off your parents and family members if you need a little break. The Orientation staff has plenty of activities to keep them busy while you browse.
