Student Store Assistant

Reports to Manager, ITS/Computer Sales

Responsible for providing assistance as directed for store sales and service transactional processes in one or more ITS/CS facilities. Specific duties include processing over the counter sales transactions, providing order status to customers, notification to customers of incoming ordered products, perform product deliveries, prepare and process customer sales orders, departmental requisitions and other paperwork, maintain inventory on shelves and assure neat appearance of sales floor, refer customers to proper ITS/CS staff resource to resolve issues and to provide back-up support for repair service call placement with outside vendors.

Requirements: High school diploma, 1-2 related experience in retail operations helpful. Must possess a valid driver's license to perform deliveries
