Homecoming festivities, football, reunions, dinners, symposia and lectures, MEL Talks, concerts—dozens of events were packed into four days for alumni, parents, students, faculty, staff, and friends.

Award-winning actor, comedian, author, and Comedy Central's The Daily Show correspondent Aasif Mandvi described himself as a turducken--"An Indian baby wrapped in a British schoolboy wrapped in an American adult"--during a presentation in which he shared stories of his life with an audience in the Palestra.

She was joined on the panel by David Corwin, a professor in the University of Utah's pediatrics department, Jamie Saunders, chief executive officer of the Willow Domestic Violence Center; Diane Morse, director of the Women’s Initiative Supporting Health (WISH) Clinic, and Catherine Cerulli, director of the Susan B. Anthony Center. The panel focused on "Domestic Violence and Health: Considerations Across the Lifespan.
