Retirees

Your University parking permit expires on June 30, 2013. All outstanding violations must be paid before registering for the 2013-2014 parking year. Please follow the appropriate section below based on retirement status:

Section A – Retirees prior to June 30, 1997

Section B – Retirees after June 30, 1997

Section A: Retirees prior to June 30, 1997

Retirees prior to June 30, 1997 will receive a retiree permit at no charge which is valid in the Ramp Garage and Lot 3. Permit registration forms for mail-in and on-line registration will be accepted through May 31, 2013. Walk-in registration will be held June 3-June 28, 2013 . When registering by mail, please complete the Parking Registration Form that will be mailed to you and mail to the University of Rochester, 601 Elmwood Avenue, Box 621 , Rochester, NY 14642 . The  Parking Guidelines will be provided with your 2013- 2014 permit.

The Medical Center Office hours are 7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Section B: Retirees after June 30, 1997

As a University employee who retired after June 30, 1997 you are eligible for the following parking permits for the 2012-2013 parking year:
