Jump start: Their scull already in motion, the Yellowjackets push off for their race in the Stonehurst Capital Regatta on October 12. Some 30 collegiate crews participated under sunny skies in the ninth iteration of the event. Yale took the George M. Angle Cup for men's heavyweight eights (for the fifth straight time), while, on the women's side, Northeastern captured the Elaine P. Wilson Cup. In competition among heavyweight fours, Rochester came in third in the women's division (won by Brock University of Canada), and fourth in the men's (won by Brown, competing for the first time this year). For the second year, RIT joined the University in hosting the regatta.
