Wherever You Go, There UR!
University of Rochester Alumni Association Tours are designed to provide worry-free basics--transportation, transfers, accommodations, some meals, baggage handling, and professional guides--and still allow you time to pursue your individual interests. Escorts drawn from University faculty and staff accompany most tours to provide special services and educational enrichment.

Alumni Association tours are open to all members of the University community and their immediate families. Other relatives and friends are welcome as space permits (these unaffiliated travelers are requested to make a $100 gift to the University).


Trans-Panama Canal Cruise
January 5-18, 2002

The six-star Crystal Harmony is your home as you sail from Caldera, Costa Rica, and through the Panama Canal. After navigating the canal, cruise the Caribbean Sea and visit the islands of Curacao, Antigua, St. Kitts, St. John, and St. Thomas, then travel the Old Bahamas Channel to Fort Lauderdale, where the cruise concludes.

Alumni College in the Italian Lakes District

Alumni College Abroad on the 'Blue Danube' River
May 22-30, 2002

Cruise the majestic "Blue Danube" from Passau, Germany, to Budapest, Hungary. The great river rises from the Black Forest, flows across the Bavarian Plateau, and empties into the Black Sea. Lining its banks are medieval villages featuring historic cathedrals. Local experts round out your experience with discussions on the economics, politics, and culture of the region.

Village Life on the Waterways of Holland and Belgium
April 2002

Join us for this all-inclusive nine-day journey along the canals, rivers, and inlets of Holland and Belgium. The M.V. Prussian Princess is your home for this tour of the Low Countries.
