Keirn Brown sends an update. He married class president Jane Schuhl, who died in 2007. He adds: “After the war, I entered the Foreign Service and ended up as counselor of embassy in Tehran. My two years as a music major paid off as I am playing piano in a weekly sing-along. I am also competitive in a weekly duplicate bridge game.” He adds that he and Jane’s two sons have done well. Their older son graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point in 1969 and was director of European affairs at the White House National Security Council when he ended his 30 years of public service in 1999. Their younger son graduated from Williams College and from Duke University law school and is the president and CEO of “one of the  largest private companies in the country.”
