Elmar Frangenberg (Res), a clinical assistant professor of neurology at the Medical Center, writes that last June he published an article in Medicine, Health Care, and Philosophy: A European Journal entitled “A Good Samaritan Inspired Foundation for a Fair Health Care System.”

David Nash (MD) has coauthored Demand Better! Revive Our Broken Healthcare System (Second River Healthcare Press). David is the founding dean of the Jefferson School of Population Health and the Dr. Raymond C. and Doris N. Grandon Professor of Health Policy at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia.
