Thomas Perls (MD), a geriatrician at Boston Medical Center and a professor of medicine at Boston University medical school, has won an Ewald W. Busse Research Award for “continued contributions to aging research.” The award is given once every four years, in conjunction with the World Congress of Gerontology and Geriatrics.
