Carol Cornwell Strickland ’99 (PhD) and her husband, David, are the coauthors of College Success: A Concise Practical Guide (BVT Publishing), now in its sixth edition. Carol served 23 years as a nursing educator, both at Rochester, and more recently at Georgia Southern University’s nursing school. David is an associate professor of sociology at East Georgia State College and director of the college’s Student Success Program.
