Shown here in an architect’s rendering, the facility will be the largest comprehensive ambulatory orthopaedics center in the Northeast when the campus opens in 2023.

UR Medicine sees about a quarter million orthopaedics patients a year, a number that’s expected to grow as the population ages.

The new site will provide needed clinical space and expanded resources for same-day procedures.
