Got stress? Find ways to manage your stress and clear your mind during our Mellow-Out Mondays! College students have a lot to adjust to whether it is their first year on campus or their last! At the UHS Health Promotion Office we know that each student will find a different way to manage their stress, but we are here to help! Make the fourth Monday of every month a Mellow-Out Monday by coming to the PAWS for Stress Relief Program in the Goergen Athletic Center.
