Fitness Classes

Well-U offers a variety of free fitness classes for employees looking to improve their health. Classes vary in intensity and can ccommodate all fitness levels.

Registration for the July-August session of fitness classes begins at 9a.m. on July 3rd (online only).


  • Class Descriptions
    • Pilates: Develop strength, flexibility, balance and coordination with this low-impact workout. By emphasizing the body’s core, posture will improve and muscles will become long and lean.
    • Yoga: This class is perfect for both beginners and more advanced students, giving you a well-rounded understanding of yoga. Correct your stretching, gain strength, learn proper alignment for healthy movement, and practice breathing & relaxation techniques to calm the nervous system.
    • Zumba: Zumba isn’t just a dance class, it’s a party! Inspired by various styles of Latin American dance, dancers of all levels can enjoy this fitness-dance workout without even realizing they’re working out.
    • Turbo Kick: This fun, high-intensity cardio workout is a mix of kickboxing and simple dance moves set to upbeat dance music that will have you looking forward to your next workout.
    • Boot Camp: A military-inspired workout with an intense mix of strength training and aerobic movements. By using exercises that target muscles throughout the entire body, your workout becomes much more effective than equipment-based workouts.
    • Power Pump: A total body workout using barbells and hand weights through a variety of upper and lower body exercises.
    • WERQ®: A fiercely fun cardio dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music. You can work out to today’s hottest music while burning calories.
    • Barre: This class uses the body toning elements of ballet training, helping you to increase your flexibility and strength, as well as improve posture and grace. No dance experience necessary.

  • Attendance Policy

    Employees must attend 75% of all classes in any given session. For example, employees must attend 6 out of 8 classes that meet once per week. If you cannot attend a class, it is your responsibility to contact the instructor so someone can take your place. If you miss three or more classes, you will be moved to the end of the waitlist and someone from the waitlist will take your spot.

    * Employees must bring their employee ID badge with them to their first class in order to participate.

  • Enrollment Policy

    Please adhere to the Well-U policy of one Well-U fitness class per employee per session. Thank you for helping us ensure that as many individuals are able to participate as possible.
