MyPath is our new Human Resource Talent Management System that is a companion system to HRMS. This robust cloud-based platform brings together performance management, employee learning & development, competency assessments and career planning all into one integrated suite of tools.

Currently, MyPath is available to Medical Center employees (Divisions 40, 50, 60, 90, 91, and 92) and selected staff in Central Administration (Division 10). Faculty and the remainder of our staff population will come onboard in scheduled waves during the next fiscal year. Click Here to access MyPath.
