At some point in life, most people will face challenges to their emotional or mental health. The University of Rochester offers many programs and services for employees and their family members that can help. Resources range from employee massage events to depression and anxiety counseling. Behavioral Health Partners

A unique mental health resource offering medication consultation and management, as well as individual counseling for stress, anxiety and depression.

Employee Assistance Program

A free counseling service that gives employees and their family members help in facing life's challenges.

Healthy Living Center

Programs to help participants understand their stressors and create a plan for managing them more effectively.

Return to Work Program

The Return to Work Program is an interactive process designed to help employees reach full recovery after an injury or illness and become engaged in meaningful work.


The employee health & wellness department offers free services ranging from guided relaxation to yoga to massages to improve employees' health while at work.
