Stress Management

Stressful situations impact our ability to remain productive and lead happy, healthy lives. Well-U offers resources to help you better manage stress at work and at home. We also partner with the Employee Assistance Program at the University to offer stress management workshops on topics ranging from the role of perception in stress to stress reduction techniques and coping strategies.
