Facilities and Services

• Activities Program
  Discounts are made available to all University staff and faculty. Specific discounts are also extended to students.

• Athletics and Recreation
  The University has extensive facilities at the River Campus sports complex available to its employees: tennis, squash, basketball and other recreational courts, swimming pools, tracks, weights, Nautilus, and more. (The Medical Center also offers athletic facilities.)

• Auxiliary Operations
  This office is responsible for the operation of the University's One Card program and vending services with direct oversight of the Dining Services and U of R Bookstore management contracts.

• Bus Schedules
  Transportation Services offers bus schedules for Regional Transit Service, the Medical Center Shuttle, and the Strong Memorial Hospital and Highland Hospital Shuttle -- all available for the convenience of University employees.

• Conference and Events Office
  Conference management, meeting facilities, guest housing, parking, audiovisual, and other events services are arranged by this office.

  This office arranges visas and assists in welcoming visiting scholars and employees from abroad.

• Information Technology Services

• Parking
  On-campus parking permits can be arranged through this office.

• Publications Services
  The University's central in-house graphic design and publications unit offers design, editorial, and print production (from free estimates to final delivery) services, as well as Web publication support. The unit oversees the University graphic identity standards and maintains several frequently used University maps that can be customized to suit the needs of individual departments.
