Labyrinth Becomes Book Culture

From GalleyCat:

Last night, Chris Doeblin sent out an email announcing that the bookstore he co-founded on the outskirts of Columbia University in 1996 is changing its name from Labyrinth Books to Book Culture.

As long as it’s not closing its doors, they can call the store whatever they want in my opinion. Labyrinth/Book Culture is quite a store, with one of the most comprehensive fiction sections in all of NY. Book Culture doesn’t have much of a ring to it though . . . kind of like naming a press “Book Publisher.”
