Festival Neue Literatur

Where: Yale University, Department of Germanic Languages and Literatures, William L. Harkness Hall, Room 309

Reading and Discussion at Yale: Afternoon Workshops in German (1:00 PM – 5:15 PM) will focus on technical aspects of each author’s style and concerns. A reading and roundtable in English (5:30 PM – 7:00 PM) will address the current landscape of writing in German.

The Festival Neue Literatur presents authors Andrea Grill and Andrea Winkler of Austria, Dorothee Elmiger and Peter Weber of Switzerland, and Julia Schoch and Antje Ravic Strubel of Germany, as well as two American authors, Francine Prose and Rivka Galchen.
