Big Welcome to Anthony Blake

Welcome, Anthony Blake!

We’d like to take a minute to introduce you to Anthony Blake—the latest addition to the Open Letter team.

Anthony comes to us from the University of Arkansas, where, while finishing his MFA in Poetry, he helped create and run the Arkansas International. Prior to that, he was a marketing assistant at Sarabande Books in his hometown of Louisville. His poetic interests include the Backstreet Boys, outdoor showers, and one-star Trip Advisor ratings, and he is an unofficial evangelist for Mary Ruefle and Tomas Tranströmer.

Starting today, Anthony will be in charge of marketing and publicity duties for Open Letter. He’ll be working with booksellers, reviewers, and sales reps to ensure all of our titles reach as many readers as possible.
