Meetings

The full Faculty Senate convenes at least eight times a year during the period of September through May. Faculty Senate meetings are open to all voting-eligible faculty. Meetings are traditionally held on Tuesdays from 4:00pm to 6:00pm as notated in the Faculty Senate By Laws.

Agendas of Faculty Senate meetings are set by the Senate Executive Committee and distributed to all voting-eligible faculty prior to a full Faculty Senate meeting.

The Senate Executive Committee traditionally meets the week before and week after a full Faculty Senate meeting. As with the Faculty Senate meetings, Senate Executive Committee meetings are traditionally held on Tuesdays from 4:00pm to 6:00pm as described in the Faculty Senate By Laws.

Meetings of the standing Faculty Senate committees are determined by each committee.
