DESIGN PHASE

The DESIGN phase of the UR Budget project focuses on evaluating the documented requirements to create the design model and configuration decisions prior to the Build phase.

BUILD PHASE

The UR Budget BUILD phase consists of activities to complete the system configurations in preparation for testing. BUILD and TEST phase will follow an agile approach and therefore will overlap.

TEST PHASE

The TEST phase will focus on the required testing activities to ensure correct system functionality.  Testing will stagger the BUILD phase development for efficiencies and therefore will overlap.  

TRAINING PHASE

TRAINING will be offered to end users using different methods during this time period.  For users that have a role in the system, refer to the Training page for more details on how to use the new system..
