The UR budget project is governed by key senior leaders from each of the major organizations of the university, medical center, and hospitals. The project leaders are:

• Mike Andrews, Senior Associate VP Budgets & Planning & Deputy to CFO
• Cheryl Bennett, Director of Budget Development and Management
• Kathy Strojny, Director, Medical Center Finance
• Roger Smith, Senior Financial Officer, School of Arts & Sciences and Hajim School of Engineering & Applied Sciences
• Jill Hetterich, Sr. Director of Finance and Chief Budget Officer, URMFG
• Katie Oleksyn, Senior Financial Analyst, SMH
• Elizabeth Milavec, Executive Vice President for Administration and Finance and Chief Financial Officer
• Jim Dobbertin, Assistant Controller and Project Director
• Samantha Singhal, Co-Deputy CIO

The project leadership team meets at least once a week to discuss design considerations, coordinate resources, and complete action items associated with the project plan.
