For the Provider plan files, how come the Effort view only allows me to enter effort in total even though some providers have multiple FAOs?

We received feedback from focus groups that felt adding effort by FAO would be too cumbersome, therefore we simplified the input to enter in total only. You can also adjust specific months by going to the month input columns at the right. In the background, we can distribute effort to specific FAOs based on wRVUs.
