How do you budget for employees who have 10 or 11 month contract when the only choices are 9 or 12 months on the labor tab?

Labor data cannot be spread by month. The preferred way to handle any employee who is not either on a 9 or 12 month contract is to use the stop month.  The stop month determine the first month that salary will not be budgeted.  Even though this approach does not accurately reflect the person’s salary by month, it does accurately reflect the person’s total year’s salary amount.
