Labor data cannot be spread by month. The preferred way to handle any employee who is on disability for a few months is to use the stop month.  The stop month determine the first month that salary will not be budgeted.  Even though this approach does not accurately reflect the person’s salary by month, it does accurately reflect the person’s total year’s salary amount.
