In year 1 of the Axiom implementation the system is not perfected yet to have the ability to link revenue to FTE changes by month.

However, if your clinical FTE is reduced overall for the year, see Q14 for the calculation to adjust wRVUs that will then calculate revenue accordingly

To make FTE changes by FAO throughout the year, you will need to model out what the total effort charged to that FAO will be for the year, and then you can use the start and stop months by FAO to spread the compensation as applicable.
