Now that the FY2019 Preliminary benefit rates are in the system, how do the plan files get updated with those benefit rates?

The FY2019 Preliminary benefit rates will be “pushed” to all plan files. The next time that you open a plan file or run a report, the new rates will be reflected.  If you MANUALLY calculated employee benefits for lump sum activity (i.e. Extra Compensation), you will need to recalculate it based on the new rate structure.
