The primary objective of Hands On sessions to provide an additional vehicle for users to get familiarity with the new UR Budget system.  It is not intended to be a replacement for training but to supplement it.  At the Hands On sessions, users will be given basic log on and navigational instruction.  Once the instruction is given, users can log on to their user accounts to view various features of the system.
