When I add a person on the labor tab, sometimes a salary amount is populated, and other times it is not. Why?

For some job codes, the salary amount defaults based on calculated vacancy rates.  For other job codes, there isn’t a default rate.  Regardless, you should review the salary amount and adjust accordingly.
