I budget for some SMH and Highland Hospital FAOs/Departments. I noticed that employee benefits is not calculated for Highland Hospital FAOs/Departments. Why?
For Highland Hospital Departments, employee benefits is held in an HR department in total and is not distributed to each department based on salaries.

How will an FAO planner know who has planned compensation or revenue for the faculty within their FAO?
There will be a published list of all Provider Group owners.
Will there be budgetary divisions beneath a larger department? Will users who currently budget be responsible for building their budgets or will it be managed centrally?
Users who currently budget will still be responsible for budgeting, with the exception of budgeting for faculty, which may be owned by a departmental provider planner. Each department will work with URMFG to create and modify their Provider Groups.
