UR Budget Logon

Starting on August 8, 2022 after 5 p.m., you will be required to use your Active Directory (AD) credentials to gain access to UR Budget system.  Net ID credentials will no longer be used to access UR Budget system.  Keep in mind, your AD Credentials are the same credentials you typically use to login to a Windows computer, access the University wireless network, use for enterprise services like Microsoft 365, or UR Student, and UR Financials.

What to expect:

  • You should not see any changes to your login screen
  • Starting August 8, 2022 after 5 p.m. you will need to start using your AD credentials
    • If you do not know what your AD credentials are please visit Rochester.edu
  • If off campus, you will be prompted to use Duo two-factor authentication.
    • Duo is required for Active Directory (AD) logins when not on the University network.
    • If you do not already have Duo for your Active Directory (AD) account, please see the guidance posted here.

Select the Log In button below and enter your username and password. Once authenticated, select the Windows Client icon at the top of the page to access the UR Budget system.

 

Some users are having difficulty logging on to the UR Budget system.  If you are taken to a blank page after following the logon link, please refresh your browser or click F5 to route to the authentication site.
