UR Financials and UR Procurement (P2P) perform system upgrades every second weekend of March and September. The system will be temporarily unavailable from Friday, September 8, at 9 pm EDT through Saturday, September 9, at 8 am to complete upgrade activities. The University Support teams will do the final configuration, and system validation on Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm. A full maintenance schedule is available here.
All lines of service (Workday) will have a New Inbox. After the upgrade, a quick reference guide and details on additional changes will be available within the system’s announcements.
