myURHR, UR Financials, UR Procurement, UR Student (Workday) and Jaggaer Upgrades This Weekend
UR Procurement (P2P) Workday completes a system upgrade every March and September. The system will be temporarily unavailable to complete upgrade activities from Friday, March 14th, at 9 pm EDT through Saturday, March 15th, at 8 am. The University Support teams will do the final configuration and system validation on Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm.

The UR Procurement Marketplace (Jaggaer) is upgraded three times a year. The next scheduled upgrade will occur the weekend of March 14th. The UR Procurement Marketplace will be unavailable for placing catalog requisitions and the transmission of all P2P purchase orders to suppliers beginning Friday, March 14th starting at 9:00 pm through Sunday afternoon, March 16th. This upgrade will have no noticeable end user impacts.
