Facilities Contractors Form

The University of Rochester maintains a list of contractors who are approved to do work for the University. This list includes both General Contractors and Construction Managers, as well as Subcontractors and Specialty Contractors who may be doing work directly for the University. As part of our on-going efforts of keeping this Approved Contractors List up to date, you are invited to submit for pre-qualification and inclusion on this list. Please note that you must submit this form and the required documentation in order to be considered for approval. Submitted financial information will be treated confidentially.

Once we have received your completed form and the required documentation, we will review your credentials and notify you of our decision. We appreciate your interest and cooperation.
