The recently completed south patient tower construction project at Highland Hospital won the prestigious CSI (Construction Specifications Institute) Rochester 2024 award for Outstanding Project. This major healthcare construction project involved a comprehensive planning and development process, involving extensive community engagement, collaborative design with end-user input. Despite challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the University project team successfully delivered the facility on budget, showcasing their construction management capabilities. The award celebrates the collective efforts of all stakeholders involved in bringing this innovative and patient-centered healthcare facility to fruition.
