The Comprehensive Psychiatry Emergency Program (CPEP) is for adults and pediatric patients who are in a mental health crisis, or have severe mental health issues, and therefore may need to be observed for some time or be admitted as inpatients. The CPEP will triple in size to help our most vulnerable patients.

Strong’s cardiovascular program is a beacon in the region and in the country. As the only hospital in Upstate New York to provide the full continuum of cardiovascular care, from hypertension to transplantation, our teams are on pace with the country’s busiest. In the new cardiovascular pavilion, which will include nearly all individual rooms, we will continue to provide our patients with the most innovative care coupled with personal attention and accessibility.
