Venture Jobs Foundation Accelerator Application Deadline (Fall 2019 Cohort)

Calling all social innovators and entrepreneurs! Do you want to explore an idea to help the community? Or do you have a “low-tech” business idea such as a product or service? Consider applying for the Venture Jobs Foundation Accelerator program, a 9-week training that will help transform your idea into a social enterprise or business. University of Rochester students will spend one evening each week taking classes that cover topics such as customer discovery, business structures, accounting, and growth plans alongside entrepreneurs from the Rochester community. Graduates of the program will also be eligible for up to $2,000 to kick-start their ventures. The next cohort will run from September 18 to November 13, 2019, on Wednesdays from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. A simple dinner is provided to all enrollees. Apply online today since student spots are limited.
