Buzz Lab Boot Camp: Session 2 – Running a Small Business

The University of Rochester Ain Center for Entrepreneurship is launching a new boot camp program designed for entrepreneurs, small business owners and aspiring small business owners in the greater Rochester community called “Buzz Lab: Four Saturdays for a Better Business.” This program, which runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., on Saturdays, Feb. 10, 17, 24, and Mar. 3, is supported by a University Center grant from the Economic Development Administration within the U.S. Department of Commerce. The second session, Running a Small Business, will take place on February 17 and cover such topics as Idea Filtering, Hiring/HR/Interviewing, and Payroll. Lunch will be provided. Instructors include:

- Libby Bakken, Simon Business School
- Austin Fish, Complete Payroll
The general public may register online for the Buzz Lab Boot Camp by Wednesday, February 7, 2018.
Simon students must register on SimonWorks, and are invited to enroll in one or more sessions of their choice.
