At the University of Rochester, we utilize the Business Model Canvas to plan out various aspects of an entrepreneurial venture. Edward Bizari (Lecturer, Simon Business School; Margiloff Family Entrepreneurial Fellow, Hobart & William Smith Colleges) will walk you through the elements of the Business Model Canvas, which you can apply to any new idea even those within your current workplace. He will also help you recognize how to iterate on an idea and give you advice for writing your plan with your specific audiences in mind.
