Explore the fundamental concepts behind strategic analysis in our Competitive Landscape Analysis Workshop. Participants will learn to identify and assess competitors, conduct a SWOT analysis for their startup, and explore differentiation strategies. The workshop culminates in the creation of a draft competitive landscape analysis, outlining key competitors and potential market gaps, along with a SWOT analysis for informed decision-making and business planning.
This workshop is part of the Mark Ain Business Plan Competition Workshop series. These workshops are designed to supplement existing entrepreneurship classes and programming.
