Explore strategies for creating a diverse and balanced team. Melanie DellaPietra will go over general strategy for increasing team diversity and will review personality typing tools to assist in managing group dynamics. Attend this session to determine how your strengths can help you find potential partners, and learn how to maintain/grow working relationships along the way.
